We’re committed to providing a smooth and transparent cancellation and refund experience. Below are the terms, timelines, and steps to follow to cancel an order or request a refund.

What qualifies for a refund?

  • Products damaged on arrival or not as described.
  • Wrong product dispatched by us.
  • Digital products: only refundable if access not granted or files are corrupted (see exceptions).
  • Services: refundable within the trial period or as per the service agreement.

Non‑eligible items

  • Opened consumables, perishable goods, or customized items (unless faulty).
  • Change of mind after 14 days from delivery.
  • Digital subscriptions after the first billing cycle (unless stated otherwise in the plan).

How to cancel or request a refund

Log in to your account → Orders → select the relevant order.

Request cancellation/refund

Click Cancel (if order not shipped) or Request Refund and choose a reason.

Return the product

Follow the return instructions. Keep tracking details until the refund is processed.

Refund processed

We’ll review and process refunds within 5–10 business days after receiving the return.

Refund policy & timelines

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The exact time to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

  • Payment gateway refunds: 5–10 business days
  • Credit card refunds: up to 14 business days
  • Wallet/Store credit: immediate on approval

Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel after the order is shipped?
If the order is already shipped, you can’t cancel, but you can refuse delivery or follow the returns process after you receive the parcel.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll initiate a refund. It typically takes 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on the provider.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover return shipping. For change of mind returns, return shipping may be charged to the customer unless otherwise stated.
